High efficiency and low noise operation
With an internal gear structure, the flow pulsation coefficient is only 2%-5% (significantly lower than the 10%-25% of an external gear pump), the output is more stable, and the system impact is small.
The operating noise is controlled at 50-60dB(A), which is much lower than the 70-80dB(A) of an external gear pump, and is suitable for noise-sensitive scenarios.
High pressure and high efficiency
Through axial clearance compensation technology, the working pressure can reach more than 250bar, and the volumetric efficiency and total efficiency are higher than those of external gear pumps.
Using high-strength materials and precision manufacturing processes, the sliding bearing design is adapted to heavy-load conditions and extends service life.
Flexible adaptation and versatility
Supports forward and reverse switching, and the liquid can be transported in reverse by changing the motor direction. Some models can also be used as hydraulic motors.
The modular combination design supports multi-pump parallel connection or combination with other types of pumps (such as radial piston pumps) to meet complex system requirements.

Precautions for use
Startup and operation monitoring
Before the first start, the pump shaft needs to be manually rotated to confirm flexibility, and the tightness of the pipeline connection needs to be checked to avoid looseness and leakage.
The bearing temperature during operation needs to be controlled within the ambient temperature +35℃, and the maximum does not exceed 80℃ to prevent overheating damage.
Lubrication and Media Management
Regularly replace the bearing lubricating oil (100 hours for the first time, and every 500 hours thereafter), and keep the oil level at the centerline position.
Avoid conveying solid particles or corrosive media. If it is not used for a long time, the liquid in the pump needs to be drained, and anti-rust grease should be applied to the rotating parts.
System Configuration Optimization
In high pressure or high viscosity scenarios, it is necessary to configure a heat preservation/cooling interface to prevent the medium from affecting fluidity due to temperature changes.
If a filter or throttle is installed on the outlet side, it is necessary to ensure that the mechanical strength is adapted to the continuous discharge pressure of the pump to avoid overload.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Immediately stop and check when there is abnormal noise or vibration, focusing on problems such as gear wear, seal failure or insufficient bearing lubrication.
Clean oil contaminants regularly to prevent impurities from accelerating gear and bearing wear and reducing volumetric efficiency.
